As the Development Innovation Network Lead at Konbit, a USAID-funded project aimed to increase the number of Haitian development partners who are accountable to their constituents, Gilles is responsible for growing access to Networks, Markets, and Information. Gilles grew up in Haiti and moved to the US to earn his BS in Finance and MBA in MIS. He has experience innovating in a number of sectors including textiles, tobacco, plastics, development, and information systems and security.
